"PAY AS YOU CAN PAYMENT PLAN" IS ACCEPTED WITH PRE-APPROVAL . A MINIMUM deposit of 50% required secure a spot in any of our Retreats and may be debited through our secure banking service.
PAYMENTS MAY ALSO BE MADE BY PHONE or SECURE BANK TRANSFER. These payments are secure with transaction notifications of payment and receipt.
TAXES AND ADDITIONAL FEES, GRATUITIES Resort fees, Occupancy charges and Arizona State tax are included in our pricing listed above.
Additional charges not included are taxes, processing fees applicable to Smoking Cessation Wellness, LLC.
SPOKE and WHEEL RESTAURANT A wonderful on-site Resort Restaurant with an early menu dinner fare (4-6 pm) with full dinner menu to include many selections from their appetizer, light fare or full dinner selections. You may charge your meal directly to your room. Also open for Lunch 11am.
MISC. Clients are responsible for all Gratuities and any Services rendered, such as Spa treatments, room service, lounge/ bar. Any additional charges may be charged directly to your room.
REFUND POLICY: All balances for our Retreats are due one week prior to your arrival date.
Refunds will not be given one week prior to retreat date due to our binding commitment and limited availability by the policies of Los Abrigados Resort and Spa.
Relapse or choosing to pick-up during our program is obviously a choice and is non-refundable.

WHY A NON-SMOKER COMPANION GUEST?
Support from friends and/or family members is a valuable tool to any new health, wellness or fitness regime - and smoking cessation is no exception. Our mission is to support and assist our Participants in their goal to permanently quit smoking. Keep in mind, you may come independently and make friends with others in our small group who all share the same goals, are always there for support and comradery as well!
Companions will share accommodations, accompany us on sacred site tours and have full use of all Spa amenities for their own Sedona Spiritual Retreat while experiencing the healing benefits of a spiritual retreat at either the beautiful Wyndham Resort or the Los Abrigados Resort and Spa such as: swimming, saunas, jacuzzi, spa services, fitness classes.
Companions may also join in our Smoker Participant's education, healing, wellness and pleasure.
Your companion is welcome for support not only you, but can share in this One-of-a-Kind luxury spa Quit Vacation experience in the Journey with others in our Group.
